| • | Combine milk, rice and table salt in a normal heavy bottomed pan; bring in to a boil.

| • | Now reduce the burn and cook until the rice is tender. Stir often to prevent the rice from adhering to the bottom of the pan.

| • | Now in a little mixing bowl, whisk together egg and brownish sugar until well mixed.

| • | Add rice mixture to egg mixture, a tablespoon at a time while beating continuously to mix.

| • | Now heat up egg-sugar-rice mixture and stir on low heat, for 10 minutes until thickened.

| • | Stir in the vanilla extract. Remove from heat up and stir in the raisins and cinnamon.

| • | Serve hot or cold.
