• 1-1/2 Cups whole pumpkin seeds, raw
• 2 tablespoon Butter, melted down
• 1 Pinch salt
Preheat oven to 300 degree F (150 degree C).
Toss seed in a bowl, along with the melted down butter and salt.
Spread the seed in a individual layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
