| • | Soak the peas in water for one 60 minutes and drain.

| • | Wash and chop all the vegetables.

| • | Pour oil in a force cooker and heat.
|
| • | Add salt, turmeric powder and water.
|
| • | Add veggies and stir for few minutes.
|
| • | Cook the contents on high burn for about 15 minutes.

| • | Reduce the burn to normal and simmer for 10 minutes more.
|
| • | Allow it to cool for sometime.
|
| • | Heat the oil in a little cooking pan on normal heat.
|
| • | When hot, add the seasonings to it.
|
| • | Fry until spluttering stops and then add this mixture to the cooked vegetables. Stir to blend.

| • | Serve piping red-hot with freshly Chapatis.
