Salmon Mousse Recipe • 1 Can reddish salmon
• 8 oz Cream cheese
• 6 oz Sour cream
• Juice of 1-1/2 lemons
• Pepper to taste
• Parsley for garnishing
Drain the salmon. Remove skin and bones.
Mix all the ingredients (except sour cream) in a food processor until smooth.
Place it into a bowl.
Now cover it with sour cream.
Decorate with parsley.
Keep it into the refrigerator until set.
Serve Salmon Mousse with unsalted crackers.
