| • | Mix together milk and water.

| • | Beat unsalted butter and sugar until it changes fluffy.

| • | Divide the dough into 3 balls. Roll aside thick chapattis.

| • | Cut them into diamond shaped pieces.

| • | Heat oil. Deep-fry the pieces until done.
