• 1 Pound raw linguine
• 1 Pound normal shrimp, stripped and deveined
• 3 tbsp White wine
• 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
• 3 Cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste |
| • | Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
| | • | Add pasta and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes until al dente, drain.
| | • | In a saucepan, melt down butter on normal low flame.
| | • | Add wine, cheese, garlic, parsley, table salt and pepper to it.
| | • | Simmer on low burn for about 3 to 5 minutes, keep stirring.
| | • | Increase the heat up to normal high and add shrimp to the skillet, cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp start to turn pink, do not overcook.
| | • | Divide pasta into pieces and tablespoon sauce on the top.
