Shukto is a traditional Bengali recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Shukto by following this comfortable recipe.

Shukto Recipe • 100 gms Beans
• 50 gms Lentil
• 150 gms Bitter gourd
• 150 gms Ridge gourd
• 150 gms Parval
• 150 gms Pumkin
• 4 tablespoon Khus Khus
• 4 tablespoon Mustard seeds
• 100 ml Coconut milk
• 1/2 Cup oil
• Salt to taste
Grind Khus Khus and table mustard seed to make a paste.
Cut all the veggies into sticks.
Heat the oil and fry all the veggies until it changes soft.
Add coconut milk and few water.
Cook until all the veggies turn tender.
Now fry Lentil until it changes brown.
Mix it with the vegetables.
Shukto is ready.
