Snack Idli is a delightful snack prepared from leftover idlis. Learn How To Make Snack Idli by following this comfortable recipe.

• 10 Idlis (chopped into 1 inch cubes)
• 6-8 Coriander Leaves (chopped)
• 1 tablespoon Split Urad Dal (soaked & drained)
• 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
• 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
• 1 tablespoon Mustard Seeds
• 6-8 Curry Leaves
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp Oil
Heat oil in a cooking pan and add table mustard seeds, split urad dal and curry leaves to it.
Once the seed pop, add idli cubes, pepper, turmeric powder and table salt to it.
Fry until the idli blocks turn golden brownish all over low flame.
Put off from heat up and take aside the idli on a plate. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Snack Idli is ready to eat. Serve hot.
