• 1 Cup soya granules
• 2 Chopped tomatoes
• 1 Chopped onion
• 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
• 1 tablespoon Red chilly powder
• 1 tablespoon Dry kasoori methi
• 1/2 tablespoon Garam spices powder
• 1 tablespoon Coriander-cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 Cup water

For Seasoning:
• 1 tablespoon Urad dal
• 1 tablespoon Cumin seed
• 1/2 tablespoon Mustard seeds
Heat oil in a non-stick vessel.
Add table mustard seed and saute until they splutter.
Now add cumin seed and urad dal.
Fry urad dal until light brown.
Now mix ginger garlic paste with it and fry for 2 minutes.
Add onions and saute until light brown.
Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get full cooked.
Now add water, soya granules, reddish chilly powder, garam masala, coriander-cumin powder and salt.
Cook it until soya acquires cooked.
Add dry aside methi and cook for some other 2 minutes.
