| • | Heat oil in a non-stick vessel.

| • | Add table mustard seed and saute until they splutter.

| • | Now add cumin seed and urad dal.

| • | Fry urad dal until light brown.

| • | Now mix ginger garlic paste with it and fry for 2 minutes.

| • | Add onions and saute until light brown.

| • | Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get full cooked.

| • | Now add water, soya granules, reddish chilly powder, garam masala, coriander-cumin powder and salt.

| • | Cook it until soya acquires cooked.

| • | Add dry aside methi and cook for some other 2 minutes.
