Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe • 375 gm Spaghetti
• 410 gm Tomato
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Medium brownish onion, chopped up finely
• 500 gm Minced beef
• 1 Clove garlic, crushed
• 1/2 Cup tomato paste
• 1/4 Cup beef stock
• 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
• 1/2 Cup dry aside reddish wine
• 2 tablespoon Fresh oregano
• 1 tbsp Fresh basil, fine shredded
Heat oil in a large saucepan and cook onion and garlic in it on normal heat up until onion is soft, keep stirring.
Add beef to the pan, stir continuously on high burn until well browned.
Crush the tomatoes utilising white potato masher.
Add tomato paste, wine, stock, sugar and mashed tomatoes and bring in it to a boil.
Reduce the heat, covered up and simmer for about 30 minutes until beef is tender and mixture thick slightly.
Now stir through herbs.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until only tender, drain.
Now serve up sauce all over spaghetti.
