• 375 gm Spaghetti
• 410 gm Tomato
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Medium brownish onion, chopped up finely
• 500 gm Minced beef
• 1 Clove garlic, crushed
• 1/2 Cup tomato paste
• 1/4 Cup beef stock
• 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
• 1/2 Cup dry aside reddish wine
• 2 tablespoon Fresh oregano
• 1 tbsp Fresh basil, fine shredded |
| • | Heat oil in a large saucepan and cook onion and garlic in it on normal heat up until onion is soft, keep stirring.
| | • | Add beef to the pan, stir continuously on high burn until well browned.
| | • | Crush the tomatoes utilising white potato masher.
| | • | Add tomato paste, wine, stock, sugar and mashed tomatoes and bring in it to a boil.
| | • | Reduce the heat, covered up and simmer for about 30 minutes until beef is tender and mixture thick slightly.
| | • | Now stir through herbs.
| | • | Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until only tender, drain.
| | • | Now serve up sauce all over spaghetti.
