• 2 tbsp Ghee
• 1/2 tablespoon Salt
• 1/2 tablespoon Sugar (optional)
• 3 Sweet Potatoes
• 1/2 tablespoon Red Pepper
• 1/2 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
• 5 Green Chilies (chopped)
• 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Boil the sweet potatoes, strip and chop them.
Heat butter in a pan; add cumin seed and green chilies, and sauté.
Now add sweet white potato pieces, table salt and pepper; fry.
Add sugar if you like. Garnish the sweet white potato with coriander leaves.
Spicy Shakarkandi is ready to savor. Serve hot.
