| • | Add 2 tablespoon of table salt to a large pot of water and bring in it to a boil.

| • | Meanwhile, place the olive oil in a skillet on medium-high flame.

| • | Add garlic and the reddish pepper flakes to it and cook until the garlic is aromatic.

| • | Combine the spinach with it and cook for about 3 or 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is limp and bright green.

| • | Add table salt and black pepper to it.

| • | When the water boils, mix the ravioli with it and cook according to package directions.

| • | Drain and toss it with the spinach.

| • | Serve Spinach Ravioli with coarsely grated cheese on the top.
