| • | Wash the spinach leaves and take aside the thick stems.

| • | Boil it along with the water for about 8 minutes, until the spinach is well cooked.

| • | Cool and puree it in a blender, set up aside.

| • | Take a cooking pan and heat up butter in it.

| • | Add the chopped up onions and fry all over normal heat up for about 3 minutes, until the onions are transparent.

| • | Add the plain flour and fry it all over low heat.
|
| • | Now mix the spinach puree, milk, table salt and pepper with it.

| • | Simmer all over low heat up for about 3 minutes.

| • | Before serving, add the freshly cream.
