Strawberry Sauce is a summer delicacy. Learn how to make/prepare Strawberry Sauce by following this comfortable recipe.

• 2 Pounds freshly strawberries, coarsely chopped up
• 3 tbsp Dark brownish sugar
• Juice of 2 lemons
Combine the strawberries, brownish sugar and citrus limon juice in a large saucepan and bring in to a simmer all over medium-low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
Partially cover with a lid and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries are softened and release their juices. Let cool.
Pour the strawberries into a blender and blend until smooth.
Press the sauce through a fine-mesh strainer into a depot container.
Strawberry Sauce is ready.
