| • | Seive the flour and mix table salt to it.

| • | Make a dough by adding red-hot water occasionally.

| • | Knead the dough well and split it into 16 equivalent parts.

| • | Roll aside each piece into slim chapattis.

| • | Put little stuffing on one chapatti and spread.
|
| • | Cover with some other chapatti and push well to make one roti.

| • | Repeat the process for the left over stuffing and rotis.

| • | Cook these rotis on a red-hot griddle on both sides without utilising oil.

| • | Stuffed Bajra Roti is ready.
|
| • | Apply butter only before serving.
