• 6-8 Small size green capsicums
• 2 tbsp of shelled, boiled and mashed green peas
• 3 Boiled potatoes
• 1 Onion, fine chopped
• 1/4 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1/4 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tablespoon Amchur powder (mango powder)
• 1/4 tablespoon Garam spices powder
• 1/4 tablespoon Coriander powder
• A few seed of Pomegranate
• Oil as required
• Salt according to taste |
| • | Wash the capsicums and boil them on a normal heat up until they are tender. Then, take aside them, drain and allow it cool.
| | • | Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a frying-pan and fry the chopped up onions until they turn brown.
| | • | Add the mashed potatoes, peas and the spices and fry them together.
| | • | With a abrupt knife, gently cut down aside the stem and seed of the capsicums, stuff the white potato mixture into the capsicums and then tie them cautiously with a thread.
| | • | Heat oil in a cooking pan and fry the stuffed capsicums on all sides. Take off the threads before serving.
