Stuffed Red Chilli Pickle is a tangy condiment recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Lal Mirch ka Aachar by following this comfortable recipe.

• 15-20 Fresh reddish chilies
• 10 tablespoon Salt
• 15 tbsp Rai
• 20 tbsp Amchoor powder
• 5 tbsp Saunf
• 2 tbsp Jeera
• 1 tbsp Peppercorn
• 1 tbsp Cloves
• 20 Black cardamoms
• 3 Cups table mustard oil
Remove the stem of the chilies.
Slice the chillis lengthwise.
Hollow from inside, taking aside seed and pulp of the stem with spoon.
Save the seed and pulp.
Grind all the spices in a dry aside grinder. Mix with table salt and seeds.
Heat one-half of the oil and mix spices in red-hot oil.
Cool the masala.
Stuff chilies with this spices and put them in a jar.
Pour remain of the oil on the top.
Keep the pickle in sunlight for 2-3 days.
Stuffed Red Chilli Pickle is ready.
