• 2 Cups natural yoghourt
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 1 tablespoon Salt
• 1 Green chili, seeded and chopped up
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 1-1/2 tablespoon Mint sauce
• 1/2 Red onion, stripped and chopped up
• 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
• A few mint leaves for garnish |
| • | Place yoghourt in a normal bowl and add mint sauce, green chillies, salt, onions, sugar, honey and coriander laves. Mix well.
| | • | Add more salt/honey/sugar, if required.
| | • | Garnish with mint leaves
