| • | Soak rice in water for at minimum one hour.

| • | Heat oil and fry chopped up onion until it changes translucent.

| • | Add all spices, green chilies, chopped up tomato, table salt and 1/2 cup of water.
|
| • | Cook it all over normal heat up until the spices are well combined and the tomato has softened.
|
| • | Add white potato along with 1 glass of water.
|
| • | Cover and cook it until the white potatoes are done.
|
| • | Add pre-soaked rice and water so much that it reaches out 1-1/2 cm above the surface of the rice.
|
| • | Again cover and cook the rice all over high heat up until rice turns soft.
|
| • | Now reduce the heat up to the minimal and cook for 5 minutes.
