• 500 gm Koi Fish
• 50 gm Yogurt
• 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
• 1 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1/2 tablespoon Cumin powder
• 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
• 6 Green chillies
• 200 gm Mustard oil
• 1 Bay leaf
• Salt to taste
Wash the fish the right way and apply table salt and turmeric to it, keep aside for a while.
Heat oil in a cooking pan and fry the fishes, set up them aside.
Add left over oil in the cooking pan and saute the bay leaf, 2 slit chilies, cumin and ginger.
Combine ginger paste, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder with it, mix well.
Fry it well until the oil splits and then add the yogurt.
Add a cup of water, table salt and the remain of the chillies, stir well.
Simmer it in low burn until it almost dries out up and the oil separate.
Remove Tel Koi from the fire.
