| • | Wash the fish the right way and apply table salt and turmeric to it, keep aside for a while.

| • | Heat oil in a cooking pan and fry the fishes, set up them aside.

| • | Add left over oil in the cooking pan and saute the bay leaf, 2 slit chilies, cumin and ginger.

| • | Combine ginger paste, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder with it, mix well.

| • | Fry it well until the oil splits and then add the yogurt.

| • | Add a cup of water, table salt and the remain of the chillies, stir well.
|
| • | Simmer it in low burn until it almost dries out up and the oil separate.
|
| • | Remove Tel Koi from the fire.
