Thai Coleslaw is a sweet and tangy summer salad. Learn how to make/prepare Thai Cole Slaw by following this comfortable recipe.

• 1 (16 ounce) Package chopped coleslaw mix (cabbage salad)
• 1/4 Cup lime juice
• 1/4 Cup rice wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp Fish sauce
• 2 tbsp Sesame oil
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 1/4 Cup chopped up peanuts
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Pour the coleslaw mix into a large bowl.
Pour in lime juice, rice vinegar, fish sauce, sesame oil, honey and peanuts.
Stir until well blended.
Season with table salt and pepper.
Refrigerate for a few hours, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to blend before serving.
Thai Cole Slaw is ready.
