Til Papdi is cooked in North India at the time of Lohri. Learn how to make/prepare Til Papadi by following this comfortable recipe.

• 200 gms White sesame seeds
• 5 Pistachios, thinly chopped up
• 150 gms Sugar
Roast sesame seed lightly and leave only aside.
Melt sugar in a little pan.
Add roasted sesame seed and mix well.
Keep this cooking pan in a large normal bowl of red-hot water.
Take little piece of this mixture at a time.
Make it flat with the help of a rolling pin.
Sprinkle with few pieces of pista on top.
Roll quickly. You can smear rolling pin, palms and work surface slightly.
Transfer the role to a clean plastic sheet. Allow it to cool.
Separate the papdis with squares of plastic.
Cool and place in an airtight container.
