Tsukimi Soba is red-hot noodles with an egg topping, typically eaten during Autumn festivals. Learn how to make/prepare Japanese Noodles by following this comfortable recipe.

Tsukimi Soba Recipe • 340 gms Dried Soba Noodles
• 4 Eggs
• 1/4 Negi Onion (finely sliced)
• 6 cups Dashi Soup Stock
• 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp Mirin (a sweet cooking wine)
• 1/2 tablespoon Salt
Put soba noodles in some other cooking pan containing water and boil it.
When the noodles are cooked, drain the water and shift them into bowls.
Take soy sauce, dashi, mirin and table salt in a cooking pan and heat up it to cook a soup.
Pour the above cooked soup all over noodles.
Break an egg all over the noodles in each bowl.
Spread onion pieces on the top of noodles.
Tsukimi Soba is ready.
