• 800 gms Turi (chopped)
• 2 Large onions (chopped)
• 2 Large tomatoes (chopped)
• 2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
• 2 tablespoon Coriander powder
• 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 4 Green chillis (chopped)
• 1/2 Cup oil
• Salt to taste
Heat the oil.
Fry onions and green chillis until they turn golden brown.
Add chopped up turi, table salt and turmeric powder.
Cook all over low heat.
Now mix chopped up tomatoes and cook them until soft.
Cook it in a force cooker.
Now mix it well.
Turi Bhaji is ready.
