Turkey a la King is a low-carb version of Chicken a la King. Learn how to make/prepare Turkey ala King by following this comfortable recipe.

• 1 Cup chopped up cooked turkey
• 3 Fresh mushrooms, chopped up
• 1 Cup chicken broth
• 1/2 Cup heavy cream
• 1/3 Cup frozen peas, thawed
• 1 tbsp All aim flour
• 2 tbsp Butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
Take a large skillet and melt down the butter all over normal low heat.
Fry mushrooms until tender.
Mix it with flour until smooth.
Now slowly whisk in chicken broth and cook it until slimly thickened.
Add turkey, cream, and peas, stir well.
Reduce the heat up to low and cook until thickened.
Add table salt and pepper to taste.
