• 1 Cup grated seeded stripped cucumber
• 1 tbsp Fresh mint, chopped up
• 1 Cup plain fat-free yogurt
• 2 tablespoon Lemon juice fresh
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
• Salt to taste
Put cucumber on a lot layers of paper towels and sprinkling it with salt.
Let stand for about 30 minutes.
Combine cucumber, yogurt, and remain of the ingredients, mix well until well blended.
Place it into the refrigerator for about 1 60 minutes before serving.
Cucumber Sauce is ready to serve.
