Vada Pav Recipe • 4 Boiled Potatoes
• 2 Cups besan
• 2 Garlic flakes
• 1 Ginger
• 2 Chopped onions
• 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
• 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 1 Cup coriander
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
• 5 Pav
Add turmeric powder, table salt to besan and make a mixture.
Add water to the mixture and make batter of normal consistency.
Peel the white potatoes and mash it by hand.
Make a paste of garlic and ginger.
Add garlic ginger paste,coriander to mashed potato.
Make little balls of mashed white potato mixture.
Heat the oil.
Dip each ball in the batter and fry the balls until they turn golden brown.
Split the pav saving the base intact.
Place the vada into it.
Vada Paav is ready.
