• 2 Cups Dalia
• 2 Carrots
• 250 gm Peas
• 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 2 Onions, chopped
• 2 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon Red chili
• 1 tablespoon Garam masala
Peel and chop the carrots into cubes.
Peel the peas.
Boil the veggies and dalia together, in 3 cups water.
Shallow fry onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste, fry for 2 minute and then add table salt garam spices and reddish chili.
Mix well and add the boiled veggie dalia mixture.
Mix well and serve.
Vegetable Dalia is ready.
