| • | Wash and cut down the vegetables.

| • | Cook green peas, carrot, beans and white potato along with the table salt and water until it is almost done.

| • | Steam the cauliflower individually for about 5 minutes.

| • | Heat oil in a cooking pan and add aniseeds, garlic, ginger and green chillis to it.

| • | When it is done, mix onions with it and saute until golden brown.

| • | Add a little table salt and all the cooked veggies to it.

| • | Pour coconut milk and when the bubbles start coming, take aside it from the heat.

| • | Garnish Veg Korma with coriander leaves and serve.
