| • | Grind fennel seeds, poppy seeds, gram, reddish chillis and coconut to make a paste.

| • | Cut potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and onion into pieces.

| • | Boil carrots and white potatoes for 10 minutes one by one.

|
| • | Heat the oil and add green curry leaves.

| • | Mix turmeric powder, reddish chilli powder and salt.
