Vegetable Raita Recipe • 2 Cup curd
• 2 Chopped onions
• 1/2 Chopped tomato
• 1 Grated cucumber
• 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli flakes
• 2 Green chilies.
• 1/2 tablespoon Roasted cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
Beat the curd until it changes smooth.
Add chopped up onion, tomato and grated cucumber, chopped up green chilies
Mix it well.
Sprinkle reddish chilli flakes, roasted cumin seed and salt.
