| • | Take a cooking pan and heat up little oil in it.

| • | Add cucumber with 2-3 tablespoon of water and table salt to it.

| • | Cover and cook it for few minutes until the cucumber acquires cooked, keep stirring.

| • | Grind coconut, mustard, green chillis and cumin seed together to make a fine paste.
|
| • | Add the ground paste to it and cook all over normal flame.
|
| • | Add little water if needed, the mixture should be thick.
|
| • | Mean while heat up oil in some other cooking pan and saute 1/2 tablespoon table mustard seeds, reddish chilies, and curry leaves in it.

| • | Add this seasoning to the cucumber mixture.
|
| • | Remove it from the heat
|
| • | Allow the mixture to cool and mix beaten curd with the mixture.
