• One package of black beans
• 1-1/2 tablespoon Fennel powder
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 1 tablespoon Ginger powder
• 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
• Var or kashmiri spices (optional)
• Salt to taste
• 4 Glasses of water
Put all the ingredients except Var in a force cooker.
Pour 4 glasses of water in it.
Pressure cook until whistling starts.
Reduce the burn and cook for about 1-1/2 60 minutes all over low heat.
Open the cooker only afterward force has dropped.
Mix var to black beans.
Warimuth is ready to serve up with rice.
