• 3 cups Watermelon (seeded and chopped)
• 2 tbsp Lime juice
• 1/2 tbsp Garlic table salt
• 1 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
• 1/2 cup Green Peppers (chopped)
• 2 tbsp Jalapeno Peppers (chopped)
• 1 tbsp Green Onion (chopped)
Mix all ingredients well.
Cover and keep in refrigerator for about an hour.
Serve watermelon burn with white potato chips or chopped up oranges.
