• 3 Pounds ground wild turkey
• 2 Cups chopped up celery
• 6 Medium onions chopped
• 2 Cloves garlic
• 1/2 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
• 1 tablespoon Marjoram
• 1 tablespoon Cumin
• 3 tablespoon Salt
• 2 Cans diced tomatoes
• 1/2 Cup chilli powder
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• 4 Cups tomato juice
• 2 Cans pinto beans undrained
Take a large pot and cook turkey in it until brown.
Add all the ingredients except pinto beans.
Simmer it for about 60 minutes.
Now add pinto beans to it and simmer for an more 60 minutes.
