Yellow Cake Recipe • 3-3/4 Cups all-purpose flour
• 2-1/2 Cups buttermilk
• 1 Cup butter
• 2-1/2 Cups white sugar
• 1-1/2 tablespoon Vanilla take aside
• 2-1/4 tablespoon Baking powder
• 2 -1/2 tablespoon Baking soda
• 3 Eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
Grease and flour the 2 9x13 inches pans.
Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda, keep aside.
Take a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg one at a time and then stir in vanilla.
Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk, mixing only until incorporated. Now pour the batter into cooked pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes aside clean.
Cool the yellowish cake.
