Green Plate Dinner Recipe

Ingredients
  • Penne
  • Pesto (home-made or your favorite pre-prepared)
  • Fresh spinach
  • Fresh button mushrooms
  • 1 or 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • Garlic-stuffed green olives
  • Pepper rings
  • Fresh parmesan

Directions
  1. Prepare penne and toss with your choice of pesto, top with fresh parmesan.
  2. Sautee mushrooms in butter, salt, and minced garlic, once cooked, throw spinach on top and mix and remove from heat.
  3. Serve olives and peppers on the side.
